Perform required maintenance, repair PM\'s and lubrication on all equipment - Demonstrate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge and aptitude - All fork truck operations (observing all safety rules and precautions) - Fill out all proper forms- Maintenance, tow motor, crane inspection sheets - Correct interpretation and understanding of quality requirements to meet specs - Ability to run an overhead crane - Ability to run all maintenance machinery such as lathers, presses, grinders - Familiarity with PLC\'s, motor controls, sensors, limit switches and electro/mechanical systems, and 3-phase 480vt equipment - Complete knowledge of Company quality requirements - Complete knowledge of Company housekeeping rules - Maintain inventories of maintenance material, supplies, and repair parts at required levels by initiating request for purchase: periodically review inventory for proper upkeep - Recommend equipment and process improvements to improve efficiency and or achieve cost reduction. **Education & Experience Required:** - High School diploma/equivalent - Academic credentials or equivalent experience at the technical degree level (2 years) are preferred **Equipment Used:** - Lathes - Presses - Grinders - Torches - Welders - Cranes; Assorted Hand and Power Tools - Micrometers - Rulers - Tape Measures - Brooms, shovels, various cleaning supplies.
