Travel: Primarily based at one assigned community, with limited weekly travel to 2–3 additional properties Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and general property upkeep to ensure community facilities, amenities, common areas, equipment, and infrastructure remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Perform minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical components, doors, locks, hardware, fixtures, drywall, painting, and other general building maintenance needs, within the employee’s training and applicable legal requirements.
