ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Plans, coordinates, and supervises the operation of the assigned facility, including: Performs routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds, including carpentry, painting, flooring, doors, locks, windows, and general building systems.
