Perform routine carpentry repairs as assigned or as indicated from inspections: nail down loose boards, repair door hardware, replace worn or rotten floor boards, remove and replace siding, replace portions of wall board and ceilings, repair fireproofing surfaces; tighten or replace loosened supports and planks, replace or repair door knobs, brackets, racks, etc. Perform routine interior and exterior plumbing tasks: cover exposed sections of pipe, clear simple stoppages, check and repair defective plumbing parts, make replacement connections on air, gas and water lines, and fixtures such as water closets, lavatories, showers, sinks and heaters.
