Requirements: - Hands-on experience in apartment, student housing, hotel, or facilities maintenance (6 months to 1 year preferred) - Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair: leaks, clogs, fixtures, outlets, switches, garbage disposals - Familiarity with HVAC troubleshooting (filters, thermostats, basic diagnostics) - Make-ready/unit turn experience: drywall patching, painting, minor carpentry, hardware replacement - Comfortable working through work orders and following up with residents - Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on their feet - Reliable, professional, and comfortable in a resident-facing environment - Availability for on-call rotation as needed Preferred: - EPA 608 Certification - CAMT or similar maintenance certification - Own basic hand tools - Valid driver's license.
