Must be able to operate motor vehicles, snow blower, lawn mower and tractor; power hand tools such as saws and drills; common hand tools, electrical switches, plumbing valves, regulators, shovels, paint brushes, etc. Performs daily maintenance activities and corrective maintenance on furniture, cooling, heating, plumbing and electrical systems, facility vehicles, lawn care equipment, and power tools.
