The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs a variety of troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, building equipment and systems, carpentry, renovation and construction, to assure facilities are in safe, comfortable and efficient operating condition. Electrical tasks such as interior and exterior lighting repairs, install conduits, wiring, electrical boxes, new electrical circuits as per current electrical codes, following work order instructions and determining the quantity of material needed.
