Working closely with Operations, Engineering, and EHS leadership, the successful candidate will lead teams of Mechanics, Welders, and Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians while overseeing maintenance planning, outage execution, predictive and preventive maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, budgeting, workforce planning, and continuous improvement efforts. Reporting directly to plant leadership, the Maintenance Manager will be a key member of the site's leadership team, responsible for driving safety, reliability, workforce development, and long-term asset performance.
