Regular Maintenance and Building Improvement : Maintain, repair and improve the building by accurately and promptly completing work orders, following regular maintenance schedules, investigating and researching solutions to problems, and by being proactive versus reactive (i.e., performing regular inspections of the entire property). The Maintenance Superintendent will also be included as part of a rotating weekend on-call schedule for the site (which generally includes the Community Manager, Maintenance Superintendent and Live-in Maintenance Technician), as scheduled and communicated by the Community Manager in advance.
