KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including painting, drywall patching, ceiling tile replacement, basic plumbing, door hardware, and minor electrical work within training and authorized scope. Delegate and oversee janitorial assignments, including restroom cleaning, floor care, trash removal, replenishing supplies, and cleaning classrooms, offices, common areas, and program spaces.
