What are your key responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Electronics diagnosis & repair of intermodal cargo handling equipment (Kalmar and other brands); regular preventative maintenance, as scheduled; evaluate and assist with warranty claims; Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding the diagnosis and repair problems experienced in the field; conduct product training for the customer; maintain high level of customer satisfaction. Documentation: complete detailed documentation (reports of labor, work orders, warranty documentation, inspection reports and maintenance logs); ability to read and interpret trouble-shooting guides, technical drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.
