The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading all machine maintenance and reliability activities across the plant (excluding site facilities), supporting plastics processing (injection molding, blow molding, automation/robotics), CNC machining, instrument assembly, centrifuge assembly, and final test operations. Demonstrated expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting CNC and injection/blow molding equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with strong leadership, workflow coordination, and data‑driven decision‑making skills to ensure machine uptime across multiple departments.
