This individual will provide leadership to ensure appropriate protections are secured for the company's intellectual property; communicates with top executives on matters of strategic importance; is recognized as a thought leader and an expert on intellectual property processes, procedures, and enforcement; and supports all intellectual property matters, as needed, for the Research Center, RTX BBN Technologies and Corporate Technology and Global Engineering ("T&GE"). Drafting and negotiating various agreements, including government contracts, development agreements, technical services agreements, software licenses, non-disclosure agreements and other miscellaneous agreements and providing counsel to management, general legal counsel, and contract support personnel on other agreements, such as supply agreements, sales and service contracts and acquisition agreements.
