Monitor 5000-ton Central Cooling / chilled water distribution plant and critical space (Datacenter) operation scattered across 12 buildings and 1.5M s/f of commercial production space; specifically, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, make up water stations and controls. Direct expansion, indirect expansion, operation of chillers, chilled and condenser water loops via VFD control, cooling towers, make up water operations, electrical troubleshooting at the control level, AHU, VAV operations and CRAC/CRAH experience.
