You will apply your technical expertise across a range of maintenance areas including painting, drywall, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs to ensure the community is well maintained and operating efficiently. You will oversee work orders, apartment turns, curb appeal, and ongoing maintenance projects, while providing guidance and direction to Maintenance Technicians and Custodial team members, as applicable.
