Oversee Building Maintenance: Provide hands-on leadership in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, structural, and appliance systems. Working closely with the Community Manager, you'll manage daily service operations, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, vendors, budgets, and resident service.
