Essential Duties & Responsibilities (list is not inclusive): Prevent/minimize machine downtime through use of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs Basic welding and mechanical repairs Basic electrical circuits & installation General building maintenance Basic prints, e.g., assembly drawings, parts drawings Power transmission Basic machine shop work Overtime as needed Required Skills Look up parts and work with OEMs Read mechanical and electrical schematics Use the computer to process work notifications (SAP) Qualify to operate a forklift, aerial boom lift and scissor lift Work on platforms approximately 15 feet above the ground level Participate in technical training on or off site Strong electrical engineering background Physical Demands Lifting up to 20 lbs. occasionally (1-10% of the time) Requires use of both feet frequently Requires use of both hands for simple grasping, firm grasping, fine manipulation and repetitive actions continuously Requires right and left hand coordination Ability to stand, climb, walk, kneel and crouch frequently (34-66% of the time) Ability to bend, squat, reach above shoulder and at waist or lower, twist, stretch, push/pull with force up to 45 lbs., carry, grasp with force up to 90 lbs.
