Support operations involving power systems, electronic security, traffic signaling, fire and life-safety systems, HVAC and compressed air, elevators, plumbing, water and wastewater systems, stormwater infrastructure, structures, transportation infrastructure, heavy equipment, and control/monitoring systems. The role provides senior oversight of preventive maintenance, predictive testing and inspection, reactive maintenance, recurring facility operations, work control, technical staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation across a complex multi-facility environment.
