Partner with portfolio company executives and K1 deal partners in leading searches end to end across the portfolio including phone/video/onsite interviews, managing all communication/coordination with candidates, scheduling/travel, conducting references/back channels, formal assessments, closing candidates, etc. · Experience with direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent tools) and full-cycle recruiting· Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to conduct candidate and market research, synthesize information quickly, and support day-to-day recruiting workflows.
