High school diploma or GED required; technical school or apprenticeship preferred Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Demonstrated experience in electrical, instrumentation, control systems, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or shifts as needed.
