The role performs scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure mechanical systems, fixtures, finishes, doors, windows, appliances, plumbing, electrical components, and other home features function as intended while each property remains clean, safe, secure, and show-ready. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, personal accountability, organization, urgency, and the ability to recognize conditions that may negatively affect the quality, functionality, or presentation of a completed home.
