Under general supervision, the Building Maintenance Technician performs a variety of custodial tasks and repairs related to corporate facilities maintenance, including preventative systems and equipment maintenance, lighting maintenance, breakroom, bathroom equipment, fixtures, door hardware, and a variety of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks. Maintains the integrity of building systems and equipment by performing general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs, clearing of drain line blockages, and conducting general building repairs to doors, hardware, painting, furniture; oversees work performed by 3rd party vendors when repairs must be outsourced.
