Housekeeping & Maintenance Technician COVENANT HOUSE CALIFORNIAHousekeeping & Maintenance TechnicianHollywood, CAEQUIPMENT USED: The Housekeeping & Maintenance Technician is expected to safely operate and utilize a variety of housekeeping and maintenance tools and equipment, including commercial cleaning equipment, hand and power tools, ladders, basic plumbing and electrical testing tools, painting supplies, landscaping equipment, work order management software, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) to effectively perform assigned duties and maintain a safe, clean, and functional facility. CHC is looking for passionate, qualified Housekeeping & Maintenance Technicians who are skilled in supporting our facilities and operations need to overall support our youth who have experienced homelessness and human trafficking, have experienced trauma identify as LGBTQ+, are gender non-conforming, and/or who often face multiple issues and have complex needs.
