Role & Responsibilities: Perform routine inspection of major utilities systems such as heating, domestic hot water, electrical, emergency power distribution system, plumbing, medical gas, vacuum, bulk oxygen reading, negative pressure rooms reading, fire alarm and monitoring systems, document results; identify, report, and troubleshoot abnormal conditions; Revision of existing HVAC system operations thru Computerize Building Management System and ability to make an temperature adjustments and monitoring chillers and boilers operations.
