Pathway Mentors serve as a primary point of contact for assigned students and families, helping navigate academic, financial, personal, and social barriers while connecting students to appropriate college and community resources. The position supports strategic enrollment, retention, and completion goals through direct student engagement, program implementation, partnership development, and ongoing data collection, tracking, assessment, and reporting.
