Duties and Responsibilities• Work in compliance with all TJX best practices, safety rules and regulations in accordance with federal, state, and local municipalities• Perform preventative maintenance and repair and troubleshooting of all building and MHE equipment, plumbing, electrical, heating, refrigeration, sprinklers, etc.• Operation and understanding of control systems, multiple computer programs, and all building equipment. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices• Knowledge of electrical/electronics, welding/fabrication, HVAC/refrigeration, plumbing, mechanical and electrical drive systems• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.
