This will include electrical and plumbing work, such as water lines, A/C and heating systems, commercial cooking appliances, water irrigation systems, stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, walls, tile, carpet, flooring, roofing, gutters, fasteners, interior/exterior lights, fireplaces, ceiling fans, gas fixtures and appliances, shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors, door locks and hardware, security systems, water intrusion, and pool areas, tile, hot tub/spa, steam room. The applicant should also have experience and expertise in performing maintenance, repair, and service for all aspects of HVAC equipment., stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, and dryers, painting and sheetrock repairs, electrical repairs such as breaker replacement, ceiling fan installation, and building light installation, plumbing repairs including the use of snake or jet vac to handle building backups and knowledge of proper safety precautions.
