Complete general building maintenance tasks including changing lights and ballasts, installing fixtures, assisting with fire system maintenance, painting, repairing floors and washroom fixtures, moving furniture and office equipment, and maintaining circuit breakers; support seasonal snow and ice removal as assigned. Perform skilled mechanical maintenance involving installation, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, heating, air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, communications, and related building systems; read and interpret blueprints and facility system diagrams.
