Initiate crane inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs involving brakes, motors, gearboxes, limit switches, festoon systems, radio controls, VFDs, wire ropes, and related components; engage qualified outside contractors when specialized support is required. · Required personal protective equipment may include safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, gloves, welding protection, arc-rated clothing, fall protection, and respiratory protection as applicable to the task.
