Required to perform routine building and grounds maintenance and repair, as directed, to include electrical wiring, switches, faucets, plumbing fixtures, furnaces, carpentry repairs, carpet and vct replacement, sidewalk cleaning, power washing, painting etc. Responsible for operation and maintenance of PGISD equipment, i.e., mowers, string trimmer, brush hog, (all equipment related to grounds upkeep.) and all equipment related to duties.
