As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain our communities and provide quality service to our residents by: Completing resident service requests and troubleshooting repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, locks, and other building systems. From troubleshooting repairs and completing preventive maintenance to preparing apartment homes for new residents, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to make a visible difference for our residents and communities.
