Supports the Maintenance Supervisor to develop and administer Performance Objectives, Tracks team performance utilizing the appropriate metrics and team board, Assists Maintenance Supervisor in handling team member performance issues, Drives Lean Principles including PM, PdM, QCO, and 5S to improve team business and building operation, Responds immediately to safety concerns; implements immediate containment to protect people, products, and the facility, Takes the lead role in directing facility maintenance activities, Implements permanent corrective action to potential safety threats, often in collaboration with plant safety teams, within an agreed upon time, Ensures the Facilities Maintenance team and all service providers adhere to TDW HSE guidelines and that lock-out/tag-out procedures are followed while performing maintenance and repair of building equipment. Requirements: High School Diploma, At least 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment performing mechanical and electrical repairs and modifications utilizing PM and PdM and continuous improvement tools and 5 years of experience leading teams, Ability to work at heights not to exceed 40 feet, utilizing ladders or aerial work platform, Ability to perform heavy lifting, in compliance with TDW HSE guidelines, Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings, Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and boiler systems, Familiarity with the use of hoists, cranes, hand and power tools, Good written and verbal communication skills, Intermediate personal computer, Microsoft Word and Excel software skill.
