This position will perform hands‑on maintenance and repair of complex building systems-including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life‑safety systems, generators, UPS, elevators, and structural components-while also completing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, remodeling, and general facility upkeep across interior and exterior areas.
