He or she must be a team player who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, must be physically able to perform the duties of the job (move heavy equipment/machinery, climb ladders, perform repetitive motions, walk/stand, etc.), must have strong communication and customer service skills, and must be willing to work a flexible schedule and be on call, which includes nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (with further technical coursework preferred) and experience in residential and/or commercial property maintenance that includes general maintenance, construction/remodeling, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
