The Maintenance Manager will oversee preventive maintenance, equipment repairs and installation, facility expansion, wastewater systems, and maintenance planning while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to improve equipment reliability and production performance. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or related technical experience, including supervisory experience.
