Ability to research, analyze, and apply a variety of complex regulations and other statutory/PL requirements, such as Executive Orders 13526, Classified National Security Information; 5 USC §552 Freedom of Information Act; 5 USC §552a, Privacy Act of 1974, as amended; Public Laws 105-261, Strom Thurmond National Defense Act; PL 106-65, National Defense Authorization Act; 42 USC §2011-2021, 2022-2286i, and Atomic Energy Act of 1954. of Information Act, Privacy Act, Civil Liberties, and Information Quality applicable federal and public laws, executive orders/DoD directives, applicable FOIA/Privacy Act court decisions and precedents pertaining to access laws, Defense Privacy Act Board Advisory Opinions, Information Security, and the National Archives and Records Administration guidelines and policies governing life-cycle management of official records.
