Additional duties include: Install, construct, test, inspect, modify and repair new and existing partitions, walls, wall protection, windows, forms, frames, drywall, doors, locks, door closures, door hardware, cabinets, casework, bookcases, counters, shelves, fixtures, flooring, furniture, ceiling tiles/grid, glass, mirrors, etc. In general, tasks that will be completed include: Work Order completion, Preventative Maintenance completion, problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution, documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department's management.
