The primary purpose of this position is to provide maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, utilities, fixtures, and interior and exterior structures covering such trades as carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electricity, air conditioning, plastering, roofing, painting, etc. High School Diploma, GED, or vocational school equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in residential maintenance and managing maintenance projects and two (2) years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
