ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Perform preventative maintenance activities including inspections, lubrication, filter replacement, calibration, and equipment testing according to established maintenance schedules Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems Inspect equipment and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and operational inefficiencies Support installation, startup, assembly, and alignment of new equipment in collaboration with engineers, contractors, and vendors Respond to equipment failures and emergency maintenance situations in a timely manner to minimize operational downtime Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, spare parts inventory, and preventative maintenance schedules using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Collaborate with production, operations, and project teams to coordinate maintenance priorities and process improvements Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and PPE requirements, to maintain a safe work environment Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, including torque wrenches, hammer drills, and power saws Support additional maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Previous mechanical maintenance experience in industrial, automotive, construction, manufacturing, or related environments required Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems Experience with compressed air systems and equipment installation preferred Basic computer proficiency and ability to utilize CMMS software Ability to read and follow technical instructions, equipment manuals, and procedures Experience operating forklifts or willingness to complete onsite certification training Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures and safe work practices Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Valid Washington State driver's license required.
