The incumbent applies a broad working knowledge of disciplines including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, welding, and mechanical systems to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair buildings, infrastructure, equipment and machinery. This role includes performing preventative maintenance, supporting renovation and construction projects, and diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient campus operations.
