The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Complete work orders as requested by Facilities Manager to include changing light bulbs, AC filters, painting, plumbing, light carpentry, fixing sheetrock, and other general maintenance duties as assigned. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling, stooping/kneeling, reaching with hands and arms, and finger dexterity.
