Success in this role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, the ability to fabricate and weld components as needed, and the initiative to identify, implement, and sustain maintenance processes that improve the long-term reliability, safety, and efficiency of the operation. Serving as the primary technical resource for the operation, this role diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues while supporting the maintenance of production equipment, facility infrastructure, and manufacturing support systems.
