Manage and self-perform tasks associated with inspections/surveys and abatement monitoring for asbestos, lead, mold (water intrusion), IAQ, and other regulated building materials at a variety of facilities including but not limited to: commercial, public schools, financial, retail, industrial, chemical, manufacturing, oil/gas, electrical, etc. The position requires candidate to have a valid state of California Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) asbestos credential or a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) credential and a valid state of California Lead Sampling Technician credential.
