Description: CRMG is looking for a Maintenance Technician III who can perform the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas at the apartment communities of Halsey Street Arms, Halsey Terrace, and Pioneer Abodes, with a total of 81 units. The Maintenance Technician III will be required to perform essential maintenance duties including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial tasks under the guidance of experienced maintenance technicians.
