Working closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Purchasing and Finance, this supervisor will develop people, influence maintenance strategy and help keep employees safe, equipment running, customers supported and the Alsip facility positioned for continued growth. More importantly, this person must be willing to learn from experienced technicians, thoughtfully challenge existing practices and collaborate with site leadership to advance accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
