Performs maintenance duties within other maintenance disciplines to include repair of electrical malfunctions, assembly, installation and repair of machines, pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and sewer systems. Performs repairs of complete systems to include repairing or replacing values, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring fans, pumps, compressors, piping and other functional components of the system.
