Abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to mechanical skills such as mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, wiring of motors for 208, 230, and 480 VAC and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and DC drives, reading and interpreting equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, repair and maintenance on bearings, drive chains, conveyor systems, machines, equipment and plant facilities. Knowledge, Skills for this position include working knowledge of motors, drives AC & DC, mechanical equipment, facilities maintenance and basic plumbing, excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills, able to troubleshoot mechanical motors, gear boxes, drive trains, troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, inverters, VFDs, DC drives and electrical and electronic systems.
