Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Mammographer Specialty: Mammo Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of one year progressive technical experience License: NYS license/registration or eligibility Certifications: ARRT in Mammography, current CPR certification required Must-Have: AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent Description: Responsible for performing mammography and stereotactic breast procedures under the direct order of a radiologist. Position the patient appropriately for the radiographs and use proper exposure factors to obtain high-quality radiographs.
