Required Certifications/Licensure: Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Mammography (Must have and maintain current biennium ARRT continuing education credits); Must have received/applied for South Carolina state license with SCRQSA; Must possess and maintain current CPR certification. Exhibits knowledge of principles, practices and procedures and demonstrates competency in performing digital screening and diagnostic mammography imaging, needle localization, stereotactic biopsy, breast ultrasound, ultrasound biopsy, localization and cyst aspiration, and specimen imaging demonstrating all the anatomical structures of the breast.
