Candidates accepted into the program will enter as Financial Analysts and based on performance progress through three, twelve-month rotations across areas like Financial planning & analysis, Accounting, Internal Audit, Transformation, Treasury and others, allowing them to establish strong practical knowledge and depth of experience in each area. Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business IT, Statistics, or related major at an accredited college or university with an expected completion date of Spring 2027.
